I really really like this piece! The style is really cute!
So lets start with the style.
The black eyes of the girl making her look really sweet, and the pink blushes make her look really young and cute. I love the chinese hair model, and the ribons. The clothes she's wearing are casual and really nice. Also love her shoes!
The cat is also very well drawn. You can see the motion that he/she's runing after the little girl. His face is really cute! And love the gray colour!
I think the idea with the baloons with the letters in it are really original! and love that some lines are white! ^^
